The principle of plastic injection molding is to heat and melt solid plastic raw materials, then inject them into a mold under the pressure of an injection machine, and solidify them by cooling in the mold. The specific process is as follows:

Raw material preparation: Add granular or powdery plastic raw materials to the hopper of the injection machine.
Melting and plasticizing: The raw materials are heated and melted in the high-temperature barrel, and are uniformly plasticized by the stirring action of the screw or plunger, forming a viscous melt.
Injection molding: The melted plastic is pushed by the screw or piston of the injection machine and injected through the nozzle into a closed mold with a lower temperature. The mold usually has cooling channels for rapid cooling and solidification of the plastic.
Cooling and solidification: The molten plastic is pressurized and cooled and solidified in the mold to form the required plastic product.
Demolding: After cooling and setting, open the mold and take out the molded plastic product.
